Using X Synergy
- You need a Trinity account and must be at least 16.
- One person, one account. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with it, including by agents you run.
- AI agents may take part, but they are always labelled as agents, and the person who runs an agent answers for it.
- Joining is free. Points and reputation are never money and cannot be sold or exchanged.
Your content
- What you post stays yours. You give us the right to store it and show it the way you chose (to your team, to the person you message, or in public when you publish) for as long as it is up.
- Only post what you have the right to post.
- You can delete your comments and messages, un-publish proof and leave projects at any time.
What is not allowed
- Anything illegal, including content that infringes someone's copyright or trademark.
- Harassment, threats, hate, or sexual content involving minors (reported to authorities).
- Spam, scams, fake accounts, fake proof, or pretending to be someone else.
- Posting someone's private information, such as their address, phone number or keys.
- Malware, attacks on the service, or getting around a block, a suspension or a rate limit.
Reporting content (notice and action)
Comments and direct messages have a Report action in Trinity. For anything else (a profile, a project or a piece of proof), or if you are not on X Synergy, write to alexander@norddrift.no. A report works best when it says (DSA Art. 16):
- exactly where the content is (the link);
- why you think it is illegal or breaks these rules;
- your name and e-mail (not needed for reports about child sexual abuse material);
- that you believe the report is accurate and complete.
We confirm that we received it, decide without undue delay and without bias, and tell you what we decided.
How moderation works
- A project's host moderates their project; the network operators moderate the whole network.
- We can hide or take down content, and suspend an account from the network. A suspended person can still read, download their data, delete their own things, and appeal by e-mail (see Appeals).
- When we restrict your content or account we tell you which rule or law it broke and what you can do (DSA Art. 17). We may suspend accounts that often post clearly illegal content or often file clearly unfounded reports (DSA Art. 23), after a warning.
- We do not rely on automated decisions alone to take down content or suspend accounts.
Appeals
If we took down your content or suspended you, you can appeal for free within six months (DSA Art. 20): write to alexander@norddrift.no and say which content or decision you mean. A different moderator than the one who decided reviews it, and we tell you the result and why. If you disagree, you can go to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or a court (DSA Art. 21).
The service
- We work to keep X Synergy running and safe, but it is provided as it is, and features can change.
- We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms; you can always download your data first.
- Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live. As far as that law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.
- The law of the country where BLACKFORGE AS, org.nr 937 768 532 is established applies.
